Rowendale Orange Blossom was born in August 2006, we named her Fudge. She is our first bulldog and our first love.

We had heard said that when you own a bulldog that you soon become addicted to them. How true this was!

Fudge is a lively character and is full of beans. We had hoped to show her but she was just too excitable and she still is excitable.

She’s not a lazy bulldog—far from it. She is very active and agile and has been known to clear our picket fence when she wants to. She loves going for a walk and running around the local country park. There is nothing lazy about Fudge.

Fudge is the backbone of our breeding programme. She has successfully reared one litter—she was an excellent mum to her puppies. They were born 29th January 2007—5 dogs and 1 bitch who we called Blossom and kept.

Sometimes we wonder if Fudge knows that she is a dog. We’re convinced that she thinks she’s human. Below are some pictures taken when Fudge was a puppy
